North Loop Law Firm

Keely Conlan Design was brought on for the expansion of a small boutique law firm in the north loop neighborhood of downtown Minneapolis. The firm is housed in an old warehouse building with rough-hewn beams, planked wood ceilings, and brick walls throughout the space. The design scheme let these original elements take center stage, while injecting interest through tweed fabrics, contemporary furniture silhouettes, and pops of the firm’s signature color, green.
