Since 2017, Keely Conlan Design has guided clients through the design process, from residential renovations to large-scale commercial design projects.
Our full-service approach is for complete implementation of the design; from initial design concepts, through construction oversight, procurement, and installation.
01. Project Onboarding
This initial project phase includes a review of preliminary floor plans, client concept photos, and the intended goals for the project.
02. Design Development
This crucial phase of the project begins with full-scale space planning to help achieve the client’s intended goals. This process includes cabinet elevations, initial furniture plans, and project finish materials. From there, we delve into coordinating selections, including lighting, plumbing, and hardware.

03. Furnishings
This phase of the project entails modification of furniture layouts based on any final changes stemming from design backgrounds. From there, we complete sourcing of furniture, fabrics, and accessories as dictated by the project scope.
04. Installation
This last phase is the culmination of all of the hard work up to this point. Our team of installers delivers all furnishings procured by KCD.
