Parkway Tudor

The Parkway Tudor is a historic 1930’s home located in northeast Minneapolis.

With an emphasis on staying true to the historical character of the home, Keely Conlan Design completed a full renovation of the kitchen and basement, with cosmetic updates throughout the rest of the home. The previously-dark and cramped kitchen was opened up to allow more light into the space, while creating better flow throughout the main level. Warm-hued vintage rugs and durable materials helped created a cozy, family-friendly foundation.
