The Waters of Pewaukee

The Waters of Pewaukee is a senior living and memory care building located outside of downtown Pewaukee.

The project pays homage to the adjacent lake by featuring a soothing blend of navys, seafoam greens, sandy beiges, and crisp whites. Custom millwork wraps the common area walls to add an upscale and elegant touch to the building. Soft, warm lighting with nautical flair further adds to the comfortable, homey feeling.
